Instructions
 

  • Heat water to approximately 175°F (80°C), avoiding boiling.
  • Add white tea leaves or a tea bag to a cup, then pour the hot water over it.
  • Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove the leaves or tea bag.
  • Allow the tea to cool slightly before adding optional ingredients like honey, lemon juice, or ginger.
  • Pour the tea into a shot glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a chilled version, let the tea cool completely, then serve over ice.
