Instructions
Heat water to approximately 175°F (80°C), avoiding boiling.
Add white tea leaves or a tea bag to a cup, then pour the hot water over it.

Allow the tea to cool slightly before adding optional ingredients like honey, lemon juice, or ginger.
Pour the tea into a shot glass and enjoy immediately.
