Ingredients
  

Texas Toast

  • 4 slices thick-cut bread white bread, sourdough, or Texas toast bread
  • 4 tbsp butter softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder optional, for extra flavor
  • 1 tsp parsley chopped, for garnish

Frozen Texas Toast

  • 4 slices frozen Texas toast store-bought, such as garlic or 5-cheese variety

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spread softened butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
  • If desired, sprinkle garlic powder and parsley on top of the buttered side.
  • Place the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap.
  • Air fry for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
  • For frozen Texas toast, place frozen slices directly in the air fryer basket.
  • Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
