Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, Stove Top stuffing mix, water, egg, onions, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a quick version, you can shape the mixture into muffin tins and bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
