ribeye steak (or sirloin), sliced

heavy cream

grated Parmesan cheese

smoked paprika

Instructions
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak slices for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Simmer until thickened.
Return the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
Add steak slices back to the pan and mix gently.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or Greek yogurt.
