- 1 medium pineapple peeled, cored, and chopped
- 4-5 large lemons freshly squeezed
- 4 cups cold water
- 1/2 cup sugar or honey adjust to taste
- ice cubes as needed

Peel, core, and chop the pineapple into small chunks.
Juice the lemons using a citrus juicer. Strain to remove any seeds and pulp.
In a blender, combine the chopped pineapple with 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth.
Strain the blended pineapple juice through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove pulp.
Mix the pineapple juice, lemon juice, remaining cold water, and sweetener (sugar or honey) in the pitcher. Stir well until the sweetener is dissolved.
Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves and pineapple slices if desired.
For a fizzy twist, replace half the water with sparkling water.
Adjust sweetness based on personal preference.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days and stir before serving.
