Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy and pale.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Mix in vanilla extract and pineapple juice until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely before serving.
