  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar with 'the mother'
  • 1/2 lemon juiced, fresh is best
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions
 

  • Mix apple cider vinegar and lemon juice in a cup.
  • Add freshly grated ginger and optional raw honey, stir until dissolved.
  • Pour in warm water and sip slowly on an empty stomach.

Notes

For a sugar-free version, omit the honey. Add mint for freshness or cinnamon for an extra fat-burning boost. Best consumed fresh, but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
