  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk or water
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, breadcrumbs or oats, egg, and milk until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Pair with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
