Instructions
Boil the water in a kettle or saucepan.
Add fresh or dried lemon balm leaves to a mug or pitcher.
Pour hot water over the leaves and let steep for 5-10 minutes.
Strain out the leaves and stir in honey and lemon juice.
For iced lemon balm drink, let the tea cool and pour over ice cubes.
Serve and enjoy!

Enhance the flavor by adding fresh mint, ginger, or chamomile. For a refreshing twist, mix with sparkling water.
