Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces frozen chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Brush or spray the frozen chicken breasts lightly with olive oil.
  • Season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Check the internal temperature using a meat thermometer. The chicken should reach 165°F (74°C). If needed, cook for an additional 2-5 minutes.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can add additional seasonings such as Italian seasoning or chili powder for extra flavor. Serve with a side of vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
