Ingredients
For the Cookie Dough

For the Pie Crust

graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
Press the cookie dough evenly into the prepared pie crust.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
Let cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra gooey texture, slightly underbake by 2-3 minutes and allow to set before serving.
