Ingredients
  

For the Cookie Dough

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter Softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar Packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate chips Semi-sweet or milk chocolate

For the Pie Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp butter Melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Press the cookie dough evenly into the prepared pie crust.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
  • Let cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra gooey texture, slightly underbake by 2-3 minutes and allow to set before serving.
