Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix
  • 2 cloves garlic minced, or 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil

Seasonings and Add-ins

  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning optional
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers optional add-in
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or sour cream optional for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cooked chicken into small pieces or shred it.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or olive oil.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (if using). Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for easier folding.
  • Place the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken and add any optional veggies or sauce.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly.
  • Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Cut in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, cook the wraps in a panini press or air fryer for a few minutes after assembling.
