Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
Roll out the crescent dough and pinch seams together to form a rectangle.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough and sprinkle with blueberries.
Roll the dough tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces.
Place rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, cut-side up.
Brush tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
